01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing arion game and completing the registration process, you enter into a binding agreement with arion game under these Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to all use of the platform, including browsing, account registration, depositing funds, placing bets, and requesting withdrawals.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, do not create an account and do not use arion game. Continued use of the platform following any update to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

02 Eligibility and Age Requirement

You must meet all of the following requirements to register and use arion game:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are accessing the platform from a location where online gaming is not legally prohibited for you personally.
• You are registering as an individual for personal entertainment purposes, not on behalf of any third party or commercial entity.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of arion game or its affiliated organisations.
• You have not previously been self-excluded or had an account closed for violations of these terms.

arion game reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Accounts found to belong to individuals under 21 will be suspended immediately and any balance may be forfeited pending investigation.

03 Account Registration and Security

Each person may register and maintain only one account on arion game. Duplicate accounts, including accounts created by the same individual using different email addresses or names, are prohibited. Duplicate accounts may be closed and associated balances forfeited.

During registration, you must provide accurate and complete personal information. arion game uses OTP verification and KYC (Know Your Customer) identity verification to confirm account holders. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Do not share your password with anyone.

If you believe your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact support immediately. arion game will not be responsible for losses arising from unauthorised access due to a player failing to secure their credentials.

04 Deposits and Payments

All deposits on arion game are processed in Philippine Peso (₱PHP). Accepted funding methods include Philippine online banking portals, bank transfers, and local e-wallets. Credit cards and cryptocurrency are not accepted as deposit methods.

Deposits are credited to your account balance in PHP. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts apply per method and may be updated from time to time. You are responsible for ensuring any deposit sent from your registered payment method is within the stated limits.

arion game does not charge processing fees on standard deposits, though your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees. arion game has no control over third-party payment fees.

05 Withdrawals and Payouts

Withdrawal requests are processed in PHP to your registered payment account – the same bank account, bank transfer method, or local e-wallet used for your deposit, or an alternative verified payment account registered under your identity.

Withdrawals require:

• Completed KYC identity verification on your account.
• A minimum withdrawal amount as specified in the account dashboard.
• No active breach of these terms at the time of the request.

Processing times vary by payment method and account tier. VIP members at higher tiers receive priority processing. arion game is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, public holidays, or banking system outages.

06 Gaming and Betting Rules

All slot games on arion game use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to determine outcomes. Live casino results are determined by real dealers using physical game equipment streamed in real time. Sports betting outcomes are determined by real-world sporting event results. arion game does not manipulate game or bet outcomes after play has begun.

Once a bet is confirmed by a player, it cannot be changed or cancelled. This applies to all game types, including slots, live casino, pre-match bets, and in-play sports bets. Players are responsible for reviewing their selections before confirming.

In the event of a technical fault during a game session, arion game will investigate and resolve the matter fairly. Sessions interrupted mid-play will be restored where possible; where restoration is not possible, stakes will be returned. The outcome of a completed game round will not be reversed due to player preference after the fact.

07 Bonuses and Promotions

arion game may offer bonuses, cashback, or promotional rewards to registered players from time to time. Any such offer will be accompanied by its own specific terms, including wagering requirements, eligible games, expiry conditions, and maximum withdrawal limits applicable to bonus-derived winnings.

General bonus conditions include:

• Bonuses are issued in PHP and credited to a bonus balance or real balance as specified per offer.
• Bonus funds must be wagered the required number of times before any associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• Attempting to manipulate bonus terms through irregular play patterns or multiple accounts will result in forfeiture of the bonus and may result in account suspension.
• arion game reserves the right to modify or withdraw any promotional offer at any time.

08 Responsible Gaming

arion game is committed to responsible gaming. The platform is for adults aged 21 and above, and is intended as a form of entertainment. No outcome on arion game is guaranteed, and gaming involves real financial risk.

Players are encouraged to:

• Set and maintain a personal budget before each session.
• Use account-level deposit and session time limits available in the account dashboard.
• Take breaks regularly and avoid gaming under emotional distress.
• Contact support to request self-exclusion if gaming is becoming difficult to control.

09 Prohibited Conduct

The following are strictly prohibited on arion game:

• Creating multiple accounts to abuse bonuses or circumvent restrictions.
• Providing false information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, software bugs, or pricing mistakes for financial gain.
• Automated betting using bots, scripts, or third-party software not authorised by arion game.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or bet type.
• Sharing account access with any other person, including family members.

arion game monitors accounts for irregular activity. Any account found engaging in prohibited conduct may be suspended, permanently closed, and associated funds may be held pending investigation.

10 Account Suspension and Termination

arion game reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, including where:

• A player is found to be under 21 years of age.
• KYC verification documents are found to be fraudulent or misrepresented.
• Prohibited conduct as defined in Section 9 is identified.
• A self-exclusion request is active.
• A chargeback or payment dispute is initiated by the player against arion game.

Players may also choose to close their own account voluntarily at any time by contacting support. Remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) at the time of voluntary closure will be processed for withdrawal subject to standard KYC requirements.

11 Limitation of Liability

arion game provides its platform on an "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted, arion game is not liable for:

• Financial losses arising from gaming activity, including lost bets and unfavourable game outcomes.
• Service interruptions caused by internet connectivity issues on the player's side.
• Third-party payment processing delays or errors.
• Losses arising from unauthorised account access where the player failed to protect their credentials.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for matters that cannot be excluded under applicable law. arion game does not represent that gaming on the platform will result in profit for any player.

12 Changes to These Terms

arion game may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, registered players will be notified via their registered contact details or through an in-platform notification. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the most recent version.

Continued use of arion game after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the revised terms, you should stop using the platform and request account closure.
